Out-of-home advertising (or outdoor advertising) is made up of more than 100 different formats, totaling $6.99 billion in annual revenues in 2008 in the USA. Outdoor advertising is essentially any type of advertising that reaches the consumer while he or she is outside the home. This medium is in contrast with broadcast, print, and Internet advertising. Out of home advertising, therefore, is focused on marketing to consumers when they are "on the go" in public places, in transit, waiting (such as in a medical office), and/or in specific commercial locations (such as in a retail venue). Outdoor advertising formats fall into four main categories: billboards, street furniture, transit, and alternative.
What can we do?
Our company has designed numerous graphic works that were used for outdoor advertising, always having in mind that the viewer has maximum 5 seconds to see and memorize the information displayed in front of him. For this reason outdoor advertising graphic works need to be straight to the point, communicate well the message we want to pass through while at the same time they are beautifully designed and urge people to buy the product being displayed.
We have designed works that were even 50 metres in width, in illustrator vector format with custom graphics or through photography sessions in extremely high resolution. This most of the times demands reconstruction of all the graphics in order to achieve best quality in such large works (over 3 metres) and a lot of graphical skill needs to be devoted in the work being done.
We have also developed numerous video advertisements for led screens that are put in hot advertising spots around Cyprus.
